Terms of Service

These terms govern access to the independently operated BrightBean Studio social-media management workspace (the “Service”) and its public information website. The operator's contact information is on our Contact page.

Authorized use

Only authorized users may access the private workspace. Users may connect only social accounts they own or have permission to manage. They must follow applicable laws, copyright rules, and the terms and developer policies of each connected platform.

Content responsibility

Users are responsible for content they provide, upload, schedule, or publish, including its accuracy, rights, permissions, and compliance with platform requirements. Users must review publishing settings and intended recipients before authorizing actions.

Platform integrations

Features depend on third-party platforms and the permissions they grant. Upload, scheduling, analytics, messaging and publishing may be limited, changed, interrupted or unavailable because of platform policies, reviews, API restrictions, outages, or revoked access. The Service does not guarantee a post will be accepted or delivered at a particular time.

Account security

Users must safeguard their login credentials and notify the operator if they suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend access to address security threats or misuse.

Availability

We seek to maintain reliable operation but the Service is provided subject to interruptions, maintenance, or third-party service failures. No uninterrupted availability is guaranteed.

Data and privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains data handling and requests for deletion or disconnection.
