Privacy Policy

This policy applies to this public information website and the associated, independently operated BrightBean Studio social-media management workspace (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by the contact listed on our Contact page.

Information we process

• Social platform identifiers and authorized account/profile details.
• Platform access credentials or tokens that you authorize the Service to use for permitted integrations.
• Content that authorized users choose to prepare, upload, schedule, publish, or manage.
• Available platform analytics, post metadata, and engagement information.
• Comments or messages available under granted platform permissions when the inbox integration is enabled.
• Technical information necessary to operate and secure the Service, including server request logs.

How we use information

We process this data to connect authorized accounts, create and manage posts, publish or schedule requested content, display analytics, operate an inbox if enabled, and maintain security and reliability. We do not use social platform data for unrelated advertising or sell that data.

Third parties and hosting

The Service interacts with the third-party platforms that a user chooses to connect, such as TikTok, Meta/Instagram/Facebook, and YouTube, under those platforms' permissions and rules. The public website may be delivered through Cloudflare infrastructure. If an authorized user connects an AI assistant or another external integration, data requested through that integration may also be processed by its provider.

Storage and retention

Data is retained as necessary to provide features, operate connected accounts, maintain security, and comply with applicable law or valid platform requirements. Deleting or disconnecting an account may not immediately remove data from backups or third-party platforms; removal of those copies follows the relevant retention and deletion processes.

Security

We seek to limit access to authorized users and protect access credentials. No electronic service is completely secure.

Your choices and deletion requests

Authorized users can revoke access through the connected social platform or request disconnection and deletion of data we control. For access, correction, removal, or other privacy inquiries, see Contact & Help. Some platform data may require removal from the relevant platform separately.

Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy when our processing or integrations change. The updated version will be posted here with a revised date.
